Why are prices low?
We practice very low prices because we work directly in close contact with the manufacturers, this allows us to reduce costs linked to stock and inventory. This also allows us to have a very low purchase price and to be able to offer advantageous prices for all budgets.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Europe including Ireland at the moment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not correspond to this delivery system.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We work directly with manufacturers, which means that each order requires a specific processing time. It takes between 14 and 40 days to receive your order for items for dogs or cats.
How to order ?

All you have to do is choose the items of your choice by clicking on “Add to cart”.
Then, click in your basket (the orange button at the top left of our site and at the top right on mobile and tablet) and click on "Payment".

What are the shipping fees ?
Delivery is free for all orders over €45! It will cost you €8.50 for any order under €30.
I only received part of my order. Is this normal?
We work directly with various trusted manufacturers who will directly ship your products. As part of an order with different products, it is completely normal that you receive your products with a slight delay.
What are the payment methods ? Do you take checks?
In order to make transactions as secure as possible and to provide you with a fast and secure means of payment: you can pay by credit card or on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payments upon receipt.
My item is broken or damaged and I have nothing to do with it, what should I do?
No worries, contact us via info@miokane.com, after investigation by our customer service, if it turns out that the product was damaged during delivery and that this is not due to misuse of it, we will offer you a refund or, according to your choice, a voucher for an equivalent amount to spend on our site.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?
If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us.

Where do your products come from?
We work with different producers present all over the world, particularly in Asia.
We always carefully monitor the quality of the products we offer you and we regularly change producers to offer you and your pet the best.
I did not receive the invoice for my order in the package, why?
In order to reduce the cost of preparing the package, the invoice is virtual, you received it by e-mail when confirming your order. You can print it, it will then have the same legal value as a paper invoice sent with your item.
Who are we ?
We are a team of enthusiasts, based in Provence Alpe Côte d'Azur, we manually select all the products on our site for all dog and cat lovers like us. Our motto: Make all animals happy!
