1. Order processing time
All of our orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days.
Once the order has been shipped and received by the carrier, we will send you a tracking code through which you can track your package and know the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 12-24 hours after shipment for tracking information to be updated.

We only deliver to the countries that are on our list within a period often between 5 and 22 working days. However, due to our direct relationship with suppliers, this delay can be up to 40 working days. We ask you to be patient for this period from your order, we remain available at any time to answer all your questions.

2. Changes of delivery address
If you would like to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new delivery address. Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the delivery address.

3. Shipping methods, costs and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
Weight,
Dimensions,
the duration of the delivery,
The destination of the items in the order.
We provide 3 shipping options:
Standard Shipping for 4.99€
Express shipping for 12.99€
Free Shipping for 45€ of purchases

Please note that these delivery times may be longer if your order is placed during busier periods, such as Christmas, public holidays, Thanksgiving, Religious Holidays and all malfunctions unrelated to our activity (Strikes, Technical shutdowns, Inventories, Social Movements and Pandemics). We are not responsible for taxes or customs fees for international shipping. The customer is fully responsible for any additional charges. You can consult the customs charges by contacting the customs agency of your country or region.

4. Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order to an unreachable country. View the list of countries here.

5. Packages damaged, lost or missing in transit
If you suspect your package is lost or missing in transit, please email us here . We may contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed disappeared, we will send you a new one for free or give you a full refund.
If your package arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide you with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Returns and Refunds
www.Miokane.com gladly accepts returns for defective product, provided the request is received within 30 days of receipt of the item.
The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as your refund.
