First of all, please contact us before any return by email to info@miokane.com
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since we received your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be able to be returned, Your item must be unused and in the condition you received it . It must also be in its original packaging .
Other items not permitted for return:

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

*Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged . If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at info @miokane.com and To return a product, you must send it by post to the address we will provide you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
